This quarter we are featuring three labels from Chile.
Less aggressive than New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, this wine is light, refreshing, and citrusy. Enjoy notes of passion fruit, citrus, and some florals.
Best served chilled with shellfish or vegetarian dishes, and is a great accompaniment to goat cheese.
